“This work was somewhat delayed, but now we are resuming it and we want to agree with our partners from China, three Western permanent members of the Council on specific issues, which should be on the agenda. , and on the format. According to Lavrov, dialogue between countries is the only opportunity to solve common tasks and problems. “Negotiations are the only way to resolve all issues and it is of the utmost importance that five permanent members of the Council set an example for others here,” Lavrov said.
